It's that time of year again...
making Easter candy. I have a great recipe for PB eggs and would love to make them look as good as they taste! So if you have any tips for coating candy in chocolate I would greatly appreciate it.
Here's what I usually do:
I do buy chocolate wafers that specify "coating" chocolate and I chill the eggs before coating them. I don't think my problems originate from the melting just the actual act of coating. I've tried toothpicks, spoons and forks for the dipping. My candy is just not pretty
