I have tried six times to upload my pictures that I took of my roosters beak and mouth and keep getting errors.. telling me that it must be jpeg or gif files.. all my pictures are saved as .jpeg so I don't understand what is happening and I am very angry and frustrated that I can't get these photos on here for everyone to look at. I do have them and can email them if anyone is willing to do so or give me another way to upload them to this site.. I took 6 different pictures and really want advice on this..
Here is where we are tonight.. Rooster still hanging in there eating and such. Still in a separate location from rest of chickens. Tonight after I took the photos I gave him 3-4 drops of polyvisol infant liquid vitamins without iron, and then used a sterile pad and rubbed iodine again on the scab area.. as I am doing this I noticed a slight odor of similar to someone with halitosis. Also as I gently rubbed the scab area and the white soft growth inside that part of the beak I noticed it was pulling loose.. and in fact I was able to remove the entire growth of white/cream colored stuff along with crusty part on outside of beak. Tissue underneat was pink and with a couple tiny spots of white left.. The growth came as one solid mass. I even took some photos of that to show as well. I then dabbed some more iodine on area and put him back in cage where he immediately began eating food. Area on outside of beak resembles a person with healing cold sore after it is swollen up and makes lips feel like they won't go together. I disposed of gloves, pads and growth in burning barrel. I will keep on with the iodine and vitamins. Any other suggestinos? How about these anitibiotics/fish zole and such that are in the poultry catalogs for canker and such? Oh and I did offer him some plain yogurt too forhis gut. Please PM me with email address and I can send out pictures.. Really wanted to have people look at them and give me input or someone give me a trick to getting pictures on here.. I have uploaded before and had no trouble and my pictures and such ahve not changed so I don't understand what is wrong... help!!!
