canning help needed... please

    ok so I had grapes that I put in the blender and strained through cheese cloth to remove skins. I had a mix for freezer jam that said add the sugar and mix and put in the fridge. Well it never solidified. I have ball pectin mix. Can I warm it up, stir some of that in and try canning it with a warm bath process? Would that work? it is only enough for 3 pints, but it is my first time and want to get some to work. My kids are pretty excited about it. Any help would be appreciated!

    Yes, I'd try that. Either it will gel or it won't and you won't be any worse off!

    Even if it does not thicken up can't you use it as a syrup or something else?

    Are you sure you mixed until the sugar was completely dissolved?
