canning question

also..sometimes i found the weights are too heavy on my gas grill outside to keep the 10lbs pressure...

so I use washers from hubbys toolbox lol...

anyway; before you use any foods; use colored water in your jars..then follow directions a few times to get the
pressurizing down..its REALLY easy once you do it a few times..and if your water in your canner is colored..you know
the pressure went up/down too fast...
