I am new to preserving food. I just bought a pressure canner. I was wondering if anyone would share info they have on canning. Such as websites, recipes etc. Thanks!

Get a ball blue book for your basics.
I only can recipes that are proven to be safe, there are a lot out there that are not so just be careful.
Most importantly HAVE FUN! I love to see the pantry fill up with those lovely jars.

And I second the Ball Blue book as well as Putting Food By and Stocking Up. I'm actually teaching a class in canning this fall so feel free to write if you have any questions that you can't find immediate answers to in those books.
