Can't add photos to personal album

Pictures are downsized to a normal size, I'm doing all the right things.
I've been trying on and off for several weeks to no avail.
I was able to download 2 today but rejected several others.
Please advise. Thank you!

Vicky try doing one at a time. I cant do more than one at a time now or I get errors
