can't figure out to do with my rooster

can't figure out what to do with my rooster he wants to keep his head all the way to the ground he back feathers near his but are gone but he eats he drinks he flaps around i try to get around him he runs like alway i need help

Do you have any other roosters? He may be bullied........ Im not very experienced with chickens but this is a possibility

well i don't have any other roosters but most of his hens died an i only have one left but she is taking care of chicks right now he is aggressive to them so i got them seperated could that be it

i figure it out he was hot and lonely i put more hens in and he cheer right up but that doesn't explain the feathers doe
