I got this chick as a bantam at Atwoods in texas. I cant even guess what it is. I've added baby picture and 1 month picture. It has no comb and yellow legs.
Although it looks exactly like a bantam asil at this stage they, as well as bantam Russian orloffs are too rare for hatcheries to carry. Some hatcheries carry those breeds but in standard.
Most likely a Cornish bantam, spangled in colour. It should get darker as it ages.
I think you are right about a Cornish, I'd never seen one. Hes definitely a bantam, I took a pic of him beside an OEGB (I think). I'm pretty sure hes a rooster, here he is at 2 months old
