can't find the answers, chick with red blob coming from cord area?

we got chicks hatching left and right and a couple are being born with something sticking out of the cord area. it is not the cord, it is not the yolk. it really looks like the intestines? , its red? I'm going to get a pic now

I can't make out the chick. Just looks like a yellow fluffy thing. If it is coming from where the cord is I don't think the little chicks will make it. It probably is intestine. IMHO I would cull. Keep it away from the other chicks because they will peck at it and pull on it eventually killing the chick. That would be slow and painful.
 
I have had two like that. I seperated them from the others to prevent picking. Do not put her on shavings or such. They will stick and dry to the knob. Keep her on the rubber mat you have until it pulls inside and dries over. One made it and the other did not. Good Luck.......
