Can't Log Out! Where Do I Fix That?

Just got into my account for the first time in ages and it will not allow me to log out. Can someone help me with this ASAP? This is speckledhen's computer and she'd like to get back into her account.

Well, he's out now. For awhile he was stuck. Never had it happen to me, but I've heard that it's happened to other members.

What happens when you push the "logout" link in the menu?

If it happens again, try leaving BYC and clearing your cache, then come back and see if that helps.

If I clear the history I can also clear the passwords. Then I have to log back in on BYC. I always do for Yahoo of course.

FYI , there was some trouble with Internet Explorer users being hacked. It's been suggested to use a different browser.

Ya, we've been telling people to move to Firefox or Google Chrome for years and years (especially if they are on IE 7 or below!!)

Nothing happened when he did pushed the logout link, just nothing. I was with him when he was trying to log out. Probably just a glitch. I'd never had it happen to me, personally.

BTW, we're on FF, current version, never had a problem on my machine, but he was trying to get in and change his avatar and hadn't been in since the changeover so I was guiding him through, then we got stuck.
