CAn't open my email on Homepage or any other way

Never had this happen before. I am very frustrated. I have tried everything and the Centurytel support people messed me up even more and they had me try a few things that deleted the way my homepage was set up and i still can't see my mail. They said they can see it. I have tried system restore and I keep having a unidentified error that won't let it complete. Any one with any ideas. I am not that computer savy so small probems loom large to me.
