Can't post in classified sections?

I can't post in classified sections. Any ideas why? I am past the amount of posts needed to do so but still never lets me. One thing I noticed is that where it has item photos that it continues to show loading under it and never stops, Thanks

Sounds like a browser issue. Firefox and Google Chrome work best here. My experience anyway.
