Can't reply to a PM

    I tried to reply to a PM today, but when I clicked the 'send' button, it acted like it was sending it, and then when it redirected me to the conversation, my sent message didn't show up. Is this a problem with the site, or just my computer?
    My computer is using Windows XP and Firefox, for whatever that's worth.

    Did you retry refreshing the page then sending?

    Another person reported a similar problem and did the following:

    1. Leave BYC
    2. Delete your internet cache / browser temp files: http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html
    3. Come back to BYC & try again.

    Nifty, I just tried your suggestion, and it didn't work. [​IMG] I sent a new PM with my reply to the original one for a temporary solution, but hopefully there's another way to resolve this? Thanks anyway!

    Here are a few questions that will help us find, duplicate, and hopefully resolve the problem:

    Do you have another browser on your computer (like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) to see if it is a browser problem or a computer / account problem?
