cant tell if my hen is sick or not

i think one of my hens is sick but im not sure

she will drink water but she wont eat and shes not moving all that much, and she seems pretty tired, and she has not laid any eggs today

but just incase she is sick i separated her from the rest

How old is she, and does she normally lay eggs with hard shells? Is her tail help up or is it down? Have you checked for a stuck egg by inserting a clean finger into her vent? What does her crop feel like—empty and flat, or full and hard or puffy? How do her poops look? Any pictures are helpful. Can you see that she is drinking some water and offer some food or cooked egg?

a neighbor came over to help and she gave my hen some medicine and said she's fine

What did your friend think was wrong, and what kind of medicine? I hope that she gets better.

well she just said that she might have a small cold or something and it was vetrx i think
