It's affecting the gallery, thread posts, and conversation messages. I'm investigating.

Great job troubleshooting!

Based on the research I've been doing, there's probably a few different things that might be contributing to this.

...Unfortunately, I'm seeing conflicting answers to how to resolve this, and I'm not seeing anything in the user permissions, forum, or media gallery settings that clearly show any limits that would be causing this.

BYH, TEG, & SS behave as expected, and there is a 10-picture limit on all three.

It's working for me. I just uploaded 49. I had a video in there so deleted it or it might have let me do more.
