Solved Can't upload pictures - file too big

Hi. I'm having trouble uploading pictures from my phone. It was working fine then it just started saying 'file to big'. The only thing that I opted for was when it asked if I wanted thumbnails or full picture. I chose thumbnail. Help please!!

Hi, sorry you're having this issue.

Please include as much detail as possible about your problem, for example:

• Are you on a computer, tablet, phone.
• If phone / mobile, which model? If computer, which operating system and version?
• Which browser and version are you using (eg., Chrome 58.0.3029, Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
• Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
• Have you tested a different browser (this helps us isolate if the problem is browser related or not)?
• What EXACTLY did you do? Document the steps you took before having the problem.
• Copy/Paste the exact error message you received (screenshots are best).

I get that too when I have full resolution pics uploaded from my nice camera to my phone. If I crop them even slightly the phone will automatically resize the image and the upload onto BYC goes perfectly.

This is the message I get. My phone is an experia z5 compact and I'm trying to upload from my album. I have Benn able to upload a few pictures then this error just started.

I can upload that picture from the toolbar at the top but the next picture wouldn't upload. Sorry about dirty eggs. Lots of rain here!

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the difference?

Do you know the size of the picture that won't upload?

The pictures are about 6.4 mb. I have tried uploading from the toolbar at the top of the text box and under the text box where it says upload file. It gets to 100% then the error to big message appears. I could upload the picture of eggs and screenshot, now nothing?

That just worked!? Haven't done anything different. It was next picture on album.
