cant upload please help

i have tried the 100 by 75 thumbnail i dont know what it is and also the 320 by 240 website and email what avatar and the message board hope you can help me if you can thank you

Your sentence is hard to understand without punctuation, but here goes. You are trying to upload an avatar? You can resize it in MS Paint before uploading from your computer.
Is that what you mean?
