"Eh? Whose there?" Dani shook her head. "Whose there!" She repeated though she knew she wouldn't get a reply. She ran towards the brush and tripped over Merek falling on her face into the ground.

"Mmmmmppphhhmmmm" Merek tried to reply through the gag. When the figure tripped over him, Merek awkwardly managed to roll himself over so that he was facing toward Dani, trying to see if it was someone he recognized. "hhhhmmm eeeee"

Raven put her sword in its sheath and pulled off her pack, digging for bandages. She stood and walked over to Pike "Lift your shirt."

Pike flashed Raven an amused, crooked grin from under his bushy beard. "If you want me to take my clothes off you don't need to ask twice m'lady..." He reached down and unbuttoned the bottom two buttons, exposing a belly that was nearly as bushy as his beard.

Pike chuckled at her comment and stood still while she dressed the wound. "Thank you," he said once she was finished. "I think I might survive now." After refastening the buttons he padded the shirt down and stepped towards the front of the group as they approached the narrow segment of the tunnel. Realizing that communication would be difficult if it got really tight, he took out his light stone, tipped his head towards Terrick and Raven and said: "See you on the other side."
