I have fed my puppies goat milk from a can diluted 50% with water. They love it. I have raised a lot of pups on this until Mom's milk comes in.

Keep a heat lamp on them. They need to stay warm.

Wishing you continued good luck with the pups. They do look look thin with the exception of #4.
If you can find someone with fresh goat's milk you might be better off.
