I really wouldn't recommend rubberized drawer liner -- it would be very easily scratched/pecked apart and eaten.
I have a slippery floor problem in my pen that has vinyl flooring. Solution: just keep a greater depth of bedding. Works fine for me. I do have to redistribute the shavings periodically b/c for some reason they like to make a hill at the far end, leaving part of the floor exposed or poorly covered, but it's no big deal.
