Cartersville rooster

I have no idea what breed my rooster is. He was given to me by a friend. He is very friendly and immediately took a shining to my lone RIR hen. She seems content with him, I don't know how to post a pic yet but I will try.

He is mostly white with a large red comb, his cape is a little sandy colored, his sickle feathers are black. Legs yellow. A curved beak.
