Ok, we have all kinds of critter threads, so here's a cat pic thread! Make 'em cute, make'em furry, and post lots!

First, is Annabelle (Nani, for short) Came to us as a stray weighing 2lbs! We had the vet shave her fur, cuz she was matted up like an armadillo

Next is Kodiak Twinkle Toes the 7th (Yishi for short) the seven toed wonder boy! Look at those eyes! He also was a stray.

I only have one cat - Norman - but he's quite photogenic. As are most cats, he's the most self-actualized being I know. If we could all follow the Dao of Norman....

He thinks he's fierce, but he's really just a big fluffy guy. We never let him know we know that, though...

Here are the cats in my family, first are my personal cats,

Teddy, I got him from my sister, he had alot stacked against him and is the only survivor of his litter, he was a premie born to a mama cat that just didn't have the good mothering skills and an owner that didn't care for him, he's a great cat, although alittle to interested in my chicks (but wouldn't kill a mouse to save his life)!

Then Wonder, he was an orphan someone brought me to raise, he's still my baby, he's great with the chicks, and ironically a great mouser!!

Those are my two, at moms we have,

Moxie I saw her pic on petfinder and fell in love! I still think she's the prettiest cat! I tired to resist, I already had one cat/kitten (this was before Wonder)which I was quite happy with, but after mom saw the pic we desided we had to have her, she belongs to both of us, but lives w/ mom. She's alittle odd, I think she may have suffered some brain damage as a kitten, but she loves me and mom, and has recently been warming up to two of my sisters. But she's not to crazy about anyone else.

Then we have Truman Baker, I rescued him from a woman at the park that was going to do who knows what to him (she had him by the tail), can you guess the name of the park? Truman Baker Park! He was a poor little starving kitten, he's now a huge gorguous cat loves everyone and everyone loves him! It worked out well, I didn't want to keep him, just save him from being abused, and mom knew right away she wanted him herself.

Then we have the two newer guys adopted from the pound last week, Tom,
who is going to live w/ my sister after his neuter Tuesday, he's a big boy! Really nice though.

And Nancy, I think she'll be staying with my mom. She's alittle skittish, but a pretty nice cat, she especially likes two of my sisters! Follows them around and sits on them, I don't think she's sat on me yet, and suprisingly Moxie likes her!

And then we have three outside cats, Casper, he stays on my roof, he's mostly wild and very rarely gets close enough to be touched.

And Ham who was born to a stay one of my sister brought home. He's a nice cat, but doesn't have very good bathroom habits so he has to stay outside.

And Tortie who I don't have a pic of. She was also a pound rescue that we got to be a barn cat.

Wow, I think that is everyone!

And a few from the past. We've had lots of cats, these are just some of the special ones!

I'm really more of a dog person, we always had cats and I liked them fine, but I prefered dogs. But then Happy Family came along! He was a cat that even supposed cat haters liked! He was special!

Then we had Sara, she was adopted from a pet festival me and my mom were at. She was attacked by a dog when she was around 6 months old. She was 3 legged, no tailed, and deaf. I don't even know what it was about her, but I sure miss her! She belong to my mom, but I would have gladly taken her if she'd ever given her up!

And lastly my cat Omen, I spent over a year cruizing petfinder waiting for just the right cat, and fell in love the second I saw his pic. I really like to keep my cat numbers around 1 or 2, so I want to be sure I pick the perfect one, and he was everything I could have wanted in a cat! Unfortunately he was only around a year, dispite being an indoor cat he got a tick desease that killed him right around his 1st b-day (I got Teddy a few weeks later). THis is my favorite pic of him!

I'm still a dog person, but I do love my cats!
