Catching a fox and relocating it to keep your chickens safe

    On Sunday 10 my chickens got attacked by a fox and 2 of them died. I want to catch the fox and relocate it to the mountains is this legal?

    just kill the sucker so he wont bother another set of chickens etc... dont let any one know...
    or relocate him off a bridge

    Yes my dog barks at something everynight and when it snows we see fox tracks on the roof
