Anyone that are into catfish farming? That is one of my major.

I used to catch catfish in the rivers. Bullheads also. I did like eating them since there were no small bones in the flesh, like a Carp. or Northern. Walleye,,,,, well everyone knows why its the #1 choice.
I ate farm raised catfish, from a restaurant, and did not like it. The fish was too rich. I gather that it was because it was fed plenty to grow big, quickly, and resulted growing FAT.
How do your catfish compare to wild caught ones of same variety??

They are almost the same taste depending how you prepared it. I both because I raise them.
