I don't want anyone else to get scammed like I did!

I tried to purchase hatching eggs via the website for Rocky Hammock Farm. I placed the order online, got a confirmation email, and waited to hear about a ship date, which was supposed to be within seven days. After ten days I sent an email asking about my order. Shortly thereafter I received a generic order cancellation email, in which it stated that a refund would be issued to my CC. That was a month ago! I have since sent two more emails trying to follow up. I also tried to reach them by phone at the number listed on the site, only to get an automated message that the number is not accepting calls at this time.

Don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT buy from Rocky Hammock Farm. You'll just be throwing your money away.

I’m sorry that happened to you. Thanks for letting us know. I would talk to your CC company and report it and they can deal with it and that company.

UPDATE! Five weeks later, I finally received the refund back in my account. Still no response to any of my emails. At least I am not out the money, but what a pain it has been.
