I would be wary of any PR from the 3 major networks. They need to stir up issues, discontent, and panic to stay in business. I think there is a better than even chance that the program will result in municipalities cracking down on "offenders".

If it is at 11 it is probably the local news. Fortunately for me I live near Atlanta too and get the channels from there. I checked the local CBS station website and it is a local story about sustainable food production, specifically about a local chicken club in Atlanta. It looks very favorable.
