Cecal Poop or Worms?

Interesting, but...IF more hatch and a 5 day dose is required for whatever worm, would not another 5 day round be required? Why only 1 day?
From my understanding the week later treatment kills the newly hatched before they get to add laying age.

thank you guys for the help and advice! Surprisingly, my crazy little polish hen is the easiest to worm out of the two:D I figured she would put up a fight since she’s the least “tame”, but they’ve both been pretty good. I think my rir hen knew what was coming today, and she seemed slightly triggered :gig

Ok so I dewormed them, and I can tell my rir hen is feeling way better. There haven’t been near as many weird poops. But my little polish hen is kind of acting a little off. She keeps puffing up her feathers and is sitting around. It has only been a high of 17 degrees Fahrenheit the past 3 days. Could she just be cold? Or could it be from all of the worms dying off? I’ve seen some weird stuff in their poop, that I’m assuming is dead worms. The polish hen is the one that I bought with the rooster that passed away from what I’m guessing was worms.

Get the Goat liquid dewormer. No don't use pea size doses for anything:)
Even if you got the paste, measure it out into your syringe, but the liquid is easy to draw up and measure. (.23ml per pound of weight, given orally 5days in a row)

Valbazen, I order it online, it's more expensive but a bottle will last a long time and dose many chickens.

Can you mix the Safeguard in with their water or do you have to give it orally full strength via syringe?
