Celadon quail not hatching

I am on day 21 now of incubation and I only have had one chick hatch out of 16, she hatched yesterday. One seemed to of pipped but then no movement, it’s seems the chick has died in the egg and there is no movement or pipping from the rest. Is there still a possibility that more could hatch or is it likely they have all died in the eggs? For what reason I am not sure as my last clutch of Japanese quails hatched perfectly.

Are these the first eggs you bred, or did you get them from someone?

I bought them from someone, I did with my other batch too

That breeder might have poor genetics. I know I got a Goodish hatch rate on my shipped celadons, but my 2 males I kept back never made any viable offspring out of almost 30 eggs
