CENTRAL FLORIDA (Winter Haven) SWAP MEET - August 22nd

Okay... I've never been to one of these ''SWAP MEET'' things - but I'm *really* interested!!

I was thinking about bringing my Orpinglorps... but if I choose not to. Can I just bring cash monies to make a purchase? (or do I *have to trade up*?)

For those interested...we are also having a show/swap in Gainesville on October 17th. The show is open to purebred poultry and production birds. There will be an APA/ABA licensed judge who is GREAT explaining what judges are looking for with each breed present. She talks about the standard of perfection for each birds that she judges.

If you've shown before or just interested in how to get into showing...be there!!

Also, we will have a sale/swap right before/after the show. Bring whatever birds you have that you are interested in selling/rehoming/swapping, etc.

count me in! Im only about an hour away from you! We are building our coop, so the time between now and then will be perfect for finishing it up and collecting our supplies.

What Im looking for- young hens, laying fine, or will be laying soon fine, just old enough to live outside. looking for good layers, favorites are- RIR, Australorps, Wyandottes any color, Rocks, delewares, stars, or and good size laying hens

im new to this, so i have nothing to trade, does anyone have any supplies, watereres feeders etc they are willing to sell?
