Starting on a new brooder construction soon..Thinking of using ceramic heat lamps(with appropriate base's) for heat with wafer thermostats..How do the ceramic bulbs hold up to constant on/off ? Thanks

There was another thread here that described the downfalls of using them. Apparently the heat doesn't radiate evenly which causes chicks to pile up on top of each other.
