Thanks! I thought about that, but it looks like the lettering is that vinyl like stuff. Do you think a clear coat will protect the lettering?

Shellac is pretty thick stuff... I've seen bar tops shellacked that had money, bar chips, pictures, election buttons and all sorts of stuff under the shellac. Pretty cool stuff...

I found it at a local gardening store...for close to $300. The BF will have a shit fit of mass proportions if I buy a $300 bench to sit and watch chickens. Lol. I may need to apply mascara to make my batting of the eyelashes productive...

What??? That’s highway robbery! I paid less than $50 bucks for that bench ... but it was on clearance when I bought it! Even full price I don’t think it was more than $120!

I love the name Cluckingham Palace, lol. My cousin named her duck house, "The Quackery." My coop is called Chez Poulet, my daughter made this wood burned sign for it....
