Chances of getting nn showgirls

I got some showgirl eggs off eggbid. Have 5 viable eggs, how do the genetics of these work. What I mean is will they all have naked necks or will some turn out looking like just silkies. I dont know how many generations they are or anything like that.

depends on if the showgirls were bred to other showgirls. If they the breeding was SGxSG then they should all be SG's. If the breeding was SGxSILKIE, you should get half SG's and half regular feathered Silkies.

It does depend on the breeding. If the showgirl was bred to a silkie then 50% will be naked necks.
This isn't a bad thing. Once you get the best possible showgirl you begin breeding them back to bearded silkies to keep the nice poofiness about them.
If you continue to breed showgirl to showgirl you start losing the poof.
I love mine, they look like tiny groomed poodles.
