That's just teasing... Now I'm hungry.

I ended up making hubby some ranch and some BBQ wings that day so he could try the sauce. And the granola bars and oatmeal cream pies were a big hit (he should own stock in Little Debbie )

Thelma and Louise will be going to their new home tomorrow. It's the same woman that bought all the blue sexlink chicks that Felicity brooded. I work with her significant other and she takes very good care of her birds. And thanks to someone that I won't name @wrathsfarm , all I've been doing is looking at hatching eggs all morning at work

Because they will basically just be making black marans with red leakage. They are beautiful and lay beautiful eggs, but don't fit into the plan. My goal is to breed Wheaten Marans, Wheaten/Blue Wheaten OE's, and sexlinked OE's. It has been gorgeous today! I think it's currently 65, so we started getting some projects done! Hubby added a trellis between 2 of the raised garden beds to save space with cucumbers, purple hull peas, and melons. I added some black gold from the run to 1 of the garden beds along with crushed egg shells, and got some Texas Sweet Onions, kale, romaine, brussel sprouts, and carrots planted. And yes, Dahlia is still mother henning the youngins at almost 15 weeks old, no wonder that boy hasn't crowed yet, he doesn't know he's almost a man
