Langdon wanted out something bad yesterday after I got home from work, so I let him out and stood back to watch. He was being such a gentleman, trying to give the ladies little bits of whatever he found. He would pause occasionally and look upward, then resume his business. After about 20 minutes he had one of his fits (it was brief) but it caught the eye of Cersei and she tried going after him, I blocked her and let him hang out for a while longer before putting him back in the grow out area. Until he is completely healed, he can't be left out with them unfortunately. He's making great progress, and I'm really hoping he'll be back with the flock full time this weekend. Until then, I'll give him supervised visits after work.

He's just chillin! I'm so glad he's feeling better

Well getting up to the roost proved to be a little too much, so back in the grow out pen till tomorrow. He'll get his vitamins then I'll let him out. Candled the eggs, out of 26, 19 are going strong, the rest never started. All the legbar eggs are developing, which I'm excited about because I'd like to keep a couple for a project.

I miss grass !! 🥴

I see Langdon out there in your last pic. How's he today?
It's mostly clover this time of year with a little rye grass mixed in, but the chickens love it, lol. He's doing a lot better! I did put him in the grow out pen last night because getting up to the roost caused an episode. I gave him his vitamins this morning with a scrambled egg and he stayed out with the ladies all day, no issues. I did put him back in the grow out pen this evening, gonna give one (hopefully last) dose of vitamins in the morning and leave him be. As long as I don't see any relapses he'll stay with the ladies. He has been so good through all of this!
