Changing feed

My chicks are finally finishing their first small bag of chick starter and a very knowledgeable and fellow chicken raiser who works at my farm store gave me Nutrena Nature Wise Chick Started Grower 18% crumbles.

Do I need to mix their old food and new food so they can adjust to the change or will they just get over it and eat it when they are hungry enough?

Probably could just move them over all at once, but I have always found it preferable to transition feed changes. Just mix the new feed into the old feed about half and half until all of the old feed is gone.
