Do you have a ridge vent on that roof? Do you have the soffits open to permit air flow underneath the roof line? I would add a lot more ventilation and more windows if possible. Chickens need copious amounts of fresh air. It also looks a bit cramped for five very large body birds.

Beautiful flock Can you take a picture of the inside of your coop and what the roost bar looks like? Also what are the dimensions of your coop?
I had one batch of chickens that took many weeks of placing them directly on the roost at night before they finally started roosting on their own, so there are some that just need extra time and training.
