View attachment 1861267 Hi Everyone.
This is Charlie, formally answering to the name “Charlotte”. He’s a beautiful and friendly Speckled Sussex that I can’t keep in my town... seeing as I’m not even supposed to have chickens. Anyone ready to welcome this super healthy 10-week-old boy into their coop?
A little more about Charlie: He was a beautiful baby. He enjoys poetry and has begun dabbling in writing himself (mostly stuff about clover leaves and a few shorter poems about one of the hens that he lives with— they are pretty tight but I think he’d actually welcome a separation so that his work could be more inspired by lost love). He doesn’t talk much, but when he does, he gets a lot of respect. He also gets a lot of laughs, as he’s a natural comedian— not just physical comedy— which you’d expect from a chicken— honestly he’s got some subtle dry humor happening. I mean, the looks this guy gives. I’m constantly cracking up. He does NOT have a big ego. He’s basically chill and not full of himself.
I will miss him when he goes...
Anyone interested?
Lara
PS. I posted some other requests for rehoming him... but I don’t think I did it in the right spot. Sorry for repeats.
PPS Do you all see how he’s looking into Obi’s eyes? He’s a chicken who can hypnotize a cat.
