I am going to borrow an incubator this weekend to try to learn how to hatch eggs. I am searching for a few just to learn how to do this. I would not have to search if my chickens were laying yet.... Still waiting on them to decide to lay the first one! lol Any suggestions on were to find 2-4 eggs for a beginner?

Unless you know somebody that can give you some. But the more the better chances you will have.

Local is SO MUCH BETTER than shipped eggs.

I would drive around a rural part of town with the windows open, and when you hear a rooster crow, stop at that house, and ask for some fertile eggs.

Seriously.

Experienced hatchers can get a ZERO return on shipped eggs.

And think, this way (the drive around until you hear a rooster crow way) you might find a new chicken friend! :D
