Yeah, but i did notice a lot of people have been not able to catch up and references to lots of chattiness

thats only bc the thread has been busy lately not cause people are chatty ... i mean most of the past two nights has been a lot of people asking for advice between a little talking ...

ive never had any of that type but i know the mallards my MIL got are 3-4 weeks and over half grown .. they will be out with the other guys in only a week or two

Well, if these guys growth is the same or similar, maybe they won't actually end up monsters, but do you think they will double what they are now?

Yes. They are very pretty birds. But they are only hatchery stock. They won't get as big as breeder birds. I will get some breeder stock maybe next year. Then to the wife it won't seem too bad. LOL. But in her defense I went from 13 chickens to 100 in 2 months.
