Hey. Been so busy today! I got 20 chicks hatched and 2 assists. 1 I assisted popped right out. The other is all wrapped up in the bator still. It's a little poorly and not quite ready. Still absorbing. But breathing and chirping. So will see in the morning. The other two eggs done nothing. Can't see anything happening inside but will check again tomorrow. Oh and 7 have gone to a new home already under a broody hen!

OK, I am only here for a few minutes, but i wanted to check in to say, "Hiya"
i have good news, shed is now moved and IN MY YARD!!!!!
Safely even, fer as I can tell DH is back to being DH, not DH>>>>>LOL
Boy and DH not back yet from taking it over there, but had a lot of work to do to drop it off the trailer. I am somewhat stress free at this moment, YAY!!!

i'm so glad for everyone's new chickies and duckies!!!!

So I candled because I lost the one and 5 more couldn't pip externally so I had do make externally pips for the 2 that are still alive and their just sitting in the bator with bacitracin on wet paper towels so I guess 3 is good for me. That's all I wanted to keep but I had a couple people wanting to buy some so I might get another batch of eggs. I did set 12 more Aussie spotteds and 7 domestics teals today plus the lady that gave me 7 infertile call eggs emailed me and is replacing them next week so I will have those too. After the calls I'm done incubating for a while its been so stressful, I have had like a million assists in the past week and a half! I need a brake but I know the calls are gonna be another hard hatch too. How's everyones day been? Chick I'm happy you have some weight lifted with that shed moved , broody yay on the baby chicks and silver ur NOT old!

I walk outside and what do I see.........................

I put a bambo stake in each garden and tied a CD to it. See how that goes!! They don't stop, well then....it's on!!
