So, what's everyone else's plan for tonight?

I wasnt planning on it, but I'm going insane with the sheer number of "feed conspiracy" threads happening on this forum. The poor mods are playing whack-a-mole trying to stop the misinformation, but it's out of control - people keep starting new threads about it. The mental gymnastics are astounding.

Sorry. Needed to vent somewhere that isn't in one of those threads.

Currently enjoying the fruits of a day tending the smoker. Ribs, 2x baked taters, biscuits, and corn. And a frosty barley pop to wash it down.

First attempt making beef tallow looking good. Should've used a smaller jar though. Just needs to solidify.

It'll be white, once cooled.

I think mine looks better then other people's. Usually it ends up a darker brown. Either the fat is high quality, or I did something right.
