Chopped nuts give me texture issues so I don't really know on them, I generally avoid foods with those. Nut butters like peanut butter don't upset my stomach, so that's why I worded it that way.

I am buying eggs at the grocery store. I think I bought the wrong hens a couple of years ago. Lavender Americauna and Barnevelder. 2 of the 3 Barnevelder died on me, the remaining one is a sweet hen who has laid 3 eggs back in October. our vicious heat killed the other 2, there was just no way to get them to eat. Fortunately this one is hanging out with the Americaunas. But they aren't laying either, one has had cataracts developing all year. and now daylight is too short, they will hopefully lay in early spring. My 5 year old Americauna, plain gold one, walked out a hole in my fence toward a house being built behind me and my neighbor's camera caught a fox walking to the same house under construction. Never found a feather. I have 2 old roosters left that I'm sure won't be good eating but I do hope the new neighbors enjoy roosters crowing... Not adding more chickens til I see how much trouble the neighbors will be and decide whether I am moving. By the way hi!

What's a caffeine stick? I always react too strongly to caffeine, so I pretty much have to limit it to the morning only or I'll be up half the night.
