Chat room for non religious poultry keepers! :D

Me too. We're going out to lunch with our best friends today. Since it's a "drive into town," we'll do some shopping on the way.

By the time we get home, I'll be drained, mentally, and just want to be alone with the chickens.

I'm feeling this now! :th Got home a little while ago from meeting someone who was buying some of my extra Cochins I hatched last year, and I'm pretty much ready to head to bed already. Gotta wait until the chickens go to bed, though, so I can close them up for the night.

I think I’m gonna go on the trip. I just tested shoes and it doesn’t hurt as bad as it did earlier. I can walk fine now. I think the padding from the gauze and sock helps maybe idk. I had that before though and it didn’t do anything. So maybe it’s just healing more. I tried sneakers thinking those would be better and that’s a no go. Hurt so bad and that’s with it pretty healed up. Can’t imagine when I was still limping around. It would’ve killed me lol but anyway, the museum is decent size but I can stop a lot and/or go slow so it should be okay.

Sounds like you should be all right, but definitely take it easy on that foot and take plenty of breaks as you're going along. Hope you have lots of fun! :hugs What kind of museum is it this time?
