Chat Thread for the New Crazy 24 hour Auction

Hey ladycat, do you have any frizzled seramas? Do those exist? I've got a buddy looking for some and cuckoo marans.

Also. I will be listing quail eggs next week. LOTS of them. Over four colors now laying.

YES, I have frizzled Seramas!

I also have Cuckoo Marans, sort of. See this page: http://agricommunity.com/pages/GoldCuckooProject.html The eggs are darker than what they show in the pic. Almost as dark as my darkest line of black coppers.

What colors of quails?

I already have Serama eggs stacked. I cut up two bantam egg trays to fit a Brinsea, and I have both trays stacked in there. Look close and you can see eggs under the top tray.

I have quail egg trays I'm going to do the same thing with.

Hi,I am just wondering how you turn all the eggs and not have the bator open long?

Awesome! I'll give him your info!

Standard browns, a&m , tuxedos from that mix, golden, tibetain, and tuxedos from that mix... It will be hens choice but I've got more browns than any other color laying.

It's a Brinsea, it's in a turning cradle. I don't have to open the bator or turn the eggs manually. That's done automatically.

Very cool!

Quote: Mind you I have NEVER done what she is doing NOR have I done this BUT the easy way to turn eggs is to just TILT the bator from one side to the other. Put some books under one side and just swap sides VOILA the eggs are now ALL turned in a mater of a few mins without losing temp.
