Cheap and quick coop

So I have two coops, one is more of a dog house with roosting bars, the other is quite thin and tall. Both came with the place I'm renting, and are rotting away fast. A few nights ago I went in to the coop, a few hours after shutting them, in to grab eggs. A sunk was inside the coop! He was just hanging out in there eating layer pellets. I watched him at a safe distance leave the coop by a gap under the flooring. I patched that hole up and broke the door half off trying to shut it after the fix.

So I need one bigger coop that isn't falling apart! I have Friday off and can get broken pallets at work for free. Suggestions would be great. I'm thinking something that's a few feet off the ground. Maybe an A frame... i don't really know yet. But I'll post some pics as it goes.

Oh and by the way I got that skunk in a have-a-hart trap, so that one won't be a problem anymore.
