I have 2 roosters for sale near Augusta, Maine. Both are naked neck crosses with a bow tie. Asking 5$ each, OBO.
They were born on 1 January, 2011 (approx 13 weeks old).
Neither are crowing or mating yet.
When crossed with a regular feathered hen 50% of the chicks should be naked necked. Pictures are below. One is a cross between a RIR and a naked neck, the other is a cross of a brahma and a naked neck.
