I am building a 12ft long x 12ft high run for 4 different breeds with one rooster in each.

How tall do the dividers need to be?

Is it ok to have roost bars above the dividers so they can roost and see eachother but not see eachother on the ground?

Is there a cheaper alternative to using metal roof tin as dividers?

Thanks in advance!

You might be able to use something like chicken wire or hardware cloth for the dividers, then add something to keep them from seeing each other.

To just block sight, you could use cardboard, or tarp, or old bedsheets, or empty feed bags, or anything else that is handy. (Those things would need replacing every so often, and might not be attractive to look at. I do not know whether that is important to you.)

I am not sure you need solid dividers. Some people keep roosters in pens that are just divided by wire mesh, and it seems to work well enough for them. It may depend on the breed of rooster, or on the temperatment of the individual roosters.

Thanks for the reply! Good thoughts. One of my breeds im keeping is considered a gamefowl so i would say atleast he needs to be seperated.
