I found this on craigslist. Only 9 miles away.

The inside is filthy and totally disgusting. It'll be a chore to clean and disinfect. Should I use clorox?

Most of the windows are functional and the screens are there. I'll reinforce with hardware cloth.

It's 16' long so that should hold everyone comfortably. I'll build a portable run onto the back of it. I'm not looking fwd to the cleaning part. Just like with children....my own kids poop didn't bother me, but someone elses kids poop....yuk.
