That's a very nice rooster max!

I love his coloring. It almost looks like a Barred bird with an underlying columbian pattern. Hope he gets to join the ladies soon!

Yeah I always thought this color combo was something different to look at in a flock esp. in a sea of mostly red. kinda eye catching. I've had several roos with the kinda beige over barred pattern I got them from crossing BR male over red hens(RIR's or NH's).

Nice looking guy - When you get your problems straightened out, I'm in Brooksville which is not too far from Lutz, and I always have extra chickens running around. I'll give you a couple. I have some mystery chicks in the brooder right now!
