Yes it's me, we had a chicken explosion this year. I was down to three hens and two roosters when the girls pulled a fast one and were brooding out in the pasture we now have three new groups of babies to a total of 18 youngsters! We have such a vibrant community here at BYC... tons of active friendly members. Of course, life gets busy, so I was thinking it would be fun to start a thread welcoming some of our peeps we haven't heard from in a while.
If that's you, come say hello and let us know what you've been up to.
(if that's not you, feel free to invite peeps you haven't seen in a while and say hi to those that post here)

I hope your hip replacement goes well. Stop in on the Texas thread and say hello. You got my attention! Been super busy with the garden and the chickens. Find myself in need of hip replacement, not real happy about that, but it’s better than the daily pain.
Thanks for your inquiry. I won’t stay gone that long again! Happy egg hunting!
Congratulations on the new home, the new grands, and of course the new flock!Hey there! We’ve been out of the Bawkyard Beauties “business” for awhile but have recently purchased a home and can have chickens again. We have six 9 1/2 week old pullers (I hope lol). Hopefully what I ordered is what I received. 2 Partidge Olive Eggers, 2 Gold-laced Wyandottes, and 2 Exchequer Leghorns (these are the funny & feisty ones). Since I posted last (it’s been a few years) we’ve added 3 more grandbabies to our family and they love the chickens
